How to classify tactile switches in the factory? What is the price of the touch switch now?
The touch switch is a pin substrate. The pin substrate of the touch switch is made of brass or phosphor bronze (lower grade is iron). To reduce contact resistance, the pins are basically silver-plated. The SO2 gas in the air will oxidize it, directly affecting the welding performance and contact resistance of the switch. Therefore, for high-quality touch switches, the thickness and plating process of the silver coating on the pin substrate need to be controlled.
